We are seeking a visionary Director of Digital Products to lead the strategy, development, and innovation of our AI-powered imaging and sensing solutions. Portfolio includes pure SW products for integration into customer platforms as well as physical devices running our internally developed video signal processing and AI models. Applications span a large number of mission critical tasks for both industrial and defense sectors. Focus is on thermal infrared and visible light sensors but background in radar, lidar, and other sensing modalities is valuable in this role. As a leader of this international engineering team, you will work closely with product management to define and design practical solutions to the market needs as well as engage directly with potential customers. You have an ability to inspire and motivate others and to clearly see a practical path forward in a highly dynamic environment. You are comfortable managing and working with highly technical staff and your technical background makes you comfortable engaging in detailed technical discussions. You are happy taking on technical tasks personally when needed.
