The Production Assistant supports all aspects of the NFL Media Design Group, from development through delivery. The position is closely connected to day-to-day assignments within the department, taking direction from Managers to organize and complete tasks for a variety of segments, shows and platforms for the NFL Media Design Group. This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires the candidate to be self-motivated, highly organized, flexible and proactive.Â
Responsibilities
- Works closely with internal production teams and producers on a daily basis.Â
- Pulls, sources and locates footage and imagery within the NFL library.Â
- Regularly uses various internal NFL tools and software to facilitate production of content.Â
- Photoshop work for NFL imagery to be used in NFL Design Group projects.
- Takes direction and adheres to established production schedules to meet tight deadlines.Â
- Works on special projects as needed and assists in all aspects of general Media Design Group work throughout department.Â
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience or education within video and content production.Â
- Working knowledge Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Â
- Exceptional communication skills, proven track record of maintaining consistent communication with team members.Â
- Thrives in a team environment.Â
Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge of football and professional sports industry.Â
- Experience with other Adobe suite software such as After Effects
- Experience with Figma ClickUp
Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- Seasonal - ability to work 40+ hours per week for 7 months. Â
- Position requires a flexible schedule, with potential weekend, after hours and holiday support. Â
