Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of 30+ employees to create the highest quality screen printed products at a very fast pace
  • Focus on continually training and developing a great team of people
  • Create and implement processes and procedures that maximize the efficiency of the department while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Create and maintain a culture of positivity – UberPrints is a fun place to work and we want our leaders to reflect that environment while still ensuring company goals are accomplished.
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Writing weekly schedules
  • Meeting KPIs set forth by the business
  • Evaluating the performance of team members and feeling comfortable giving clear and consistent feedback regularly

Measures of success:

  • Customer satisfaction – specifically the quality and accuracy of the fulfillment process
  • Speed of order fulfillment
  • Creating and maintaining a culture of positivity, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Process implementation and improvement
  • Effective communication within own department and within other company departments to impact positive change

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing large groups of people (20+ employees) successfully
  • Prior screen printing experience preferred
  • Experience creating and implementing processes and routines that increase efficiency
  • An extremely proficient communicator that approaches their team with a servant leadership mentality
  • Proven leadership track record coaching and developing a team
  • Proactively recognizes potential conflicts and takes steps to diffuse the situation before it happens
  • Comfortable working in a production facility and being on your feet for the duration of the workday
  • Comfortable working on-site daily; there is zero remote work opportunities with this role
  • Comfortable working with autonomy – this position reports to the Director of Operations, but the day-to-day execution of the department is the responsibility of the Screen Print Production Manager
