We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Screen Room Technician** to join our production team. This position plays a vital role in the screen printing process by preparing high-quality screens for production, operating Direct-to-Screen (DTS) equipment, and keeping the screen room organized and running efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy and quality, we'd love to meet you.
## Responsibilities
* Create, coat, expose, and prepare screens for production.
* Operate Direct-to-Screen (DTS) equipment to produce accurate screen images.
* Inspect screens for pinholes, imperfections, and other defects before production.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the screen room and equipment.
* Ensure screens are prepared and ready to meet daily production schedules.
* Work closely with the production team to support efficient workflow.
* Follow quality standards and safety procedures at all times.
## Qualifications
