Job description

Are you a sports fanatic? Do you enjoy playing or watching sports? Would you like to be part of producing American-made, top-notch sports equipment? If you answered yes, we have the job for you! Advantage Personnel is looking for a Screen Printer to work for a company that manufactures sporting goods equipment for basketball, volleyball, soccer, and more. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 am-4:30 pm, with occasional overtime for half the day on Friday. Early start to your weekend! Pay is $18-$21/hr DOE. Once hired on, a full benefit package is available. NOTE: This person will spend approximately 50% of the time doing screen printing and 50% of the time doing Assembly/Packaging

Screen Printer Duties and Responsibilities
Operate screen printing equipment to print designs onto packaging materials
Mixing of ink, maintaining screens, and controlling screen printing supply inventory
Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards
Inspect printed materials for defects or errors
Assist with the assembly and packaging of recreational products
Collaborate with the packaging team to meet deadlines

Screen Printer Requirements and Qualifications
Attention to details is a must
Must have previous screen-printing experience
Longevity at past jobs is required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable reading a ruler to the 1/16th of an inch
Ability to stand on your feet for 10-hour shift
Ability to show up to work on time everyday
