Role Highlights
The Screen Printer Loader is responsible for setting up screen printing equipment and loading garments for production to ensure accurate alignment and high-quality prints. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in operating printing machinery. The Screen Printer Loader must have experience in screen printing or related fields, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Load garments onto the press, ensuring precise alignment and positioning.
  • Conduct quality checks on garments before printing to maintain company standards.
  • Collaborate with the screen print team to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area surrounding the press.
  • Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of screen-printing equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
