Red Prep/Screen Printing

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Packaging team, a close-knit group that works side-by-side with Customer Service. About the Role

As a Red Prep / Screen Printing, you’ll play a key part ensuring customer orders are created correctly and move out on time. You will execute the daily production of the Red Prep TireSocks department efficiently and accurately. Organize and control production of cutting red fabric & centers and screen printing. Coordinate with Production Manager to implement additional production and workflow efficiencies as necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute the daily production schedule of the Red Prep TireSocks area
  • Monitor customs board for logo and non-inventory orders and begin immediate production once received
  • Monitor inventory of all TS prep supplies (surface cuts & centers) and notify Production Manager at reorder point
  • Load, align, and secure screens, squeegees on presses
  • Verify alignment, accuracy and inspect finished items for flaws
  • Assist in maintaining proper supply of inks and monitor conveyor dryer temperatures to ensure proper ink curing.
  • Daily maintenance includes clean ink from screens, reclaim and prep screens as needed and perform daily machine upkeep.
  • Organize the production of surface rolls, surface cuts and screen printing
  • Keep cuts stacked neatly
  • Keep work areas clean

We’re moving quickly to fill this role and need someone ready to jump in and make an impact right away.

  • Physically ready Able to lift and handle packages weighing 5 to 70 pounds throughout the day.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of Screen Printing is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of routine machine maintenance and operation of screen printing machines
  • Ability to stand for long shifts, perform repetitive motions and lift up to 40lbs.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines is a must.
