Job description

Overview:

As Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the onsite operations team. You will help ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly by assisting with associate check-ins, attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting, payroll support, and administrative tasks.

Job Location: Fort Worth, TX

Work Days: Standard workdays will be five days per week, with the schedule varying between Monday - Friday and Tuesday - Saturday depending on business requirements. Flexibility to work Saturdays is essential.

Work Hours: 30 - 35 hours per week.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide administrative support to onsite operations team
  • Assist with FLEX associate check-ins, onboarding, and daily attendance tracking
  • Help coordinate shift assignments and communicate schedule updates to associates
  • Manage FLEX worker attendance and coordination
  • Maintain accurate associate records, schedules, and operational documentation
  • Support payroll processing by reviewing timecards and assisting with payroll-related audit reports
  • Auditing Reports from client system and Internal system
  • Serve as a point of contact for general questions and administrative matters
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding documentation and new hire profile setup
  • Assist with new hire administrative badge entry
  • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, email correspondence and report preparation
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities outlined above are representative of the role and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Flexibility is required to meet the evolving needs of the organization and our customer.

Experience

  • High School diploma or GED 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including quickly shifting priorities
  • Previous administrative, customer service skills (warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel Outlook, Word 
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Communications skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Salary Range: $18.50 - $22.79 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
