  • Coordinate and execute operational promotions related to recruitment and culture, including job postings, internship openings, and team member spotlights.
  • Ensure all external-facing communication is accurate, up to date, and aligned with organizational standards.

Onboarding and Offboarding Support
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and interns, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
  • Schedule and facilitate key onboarding touchpoints, including support for hiring managers and welcome meetings with new hires.
  • Track and monitor onboarding and offboarding progress to ensure all steps are completed accurately and on time.

Culture and Staff Engagement
  • Support planning and execution of internal culture-building activities and low-lift social events.
  • Coordinate initiatives such as birthday and anniversary recognitions, holiday gifts, and occasional staff appreciation efforts.
  • Assist in organizing internal, educational events such as Lunch & Learns and Advisory Board talks.

Systems and Records Management
  • Maintain and update internal systems, records, and databases (e.g., org chart, staff directory, testimonials, intern data, etc.) with a high level of accuracy and organization; identify inconsistencies or gaps and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure all internal documents, templates, and SOPs remain current, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.

Event and Administrative Support
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for internal events, including staff retreats, director meetings, and board meetings as needed.
  • Assist with coordination, scheduling, and preparation to ensure events run smoothly.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools. Prior experience with Monday.com, Notion, or Salesforce is a plus.
