**ONSITE IN RIVERSIDE**
Public - Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound patient calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments while gathering all necessary clinical information.
  • Ask detailed questions to determine the purpose of the visit, including any recent imaging, testing, or procedures completed.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and ensure required authorizations are obtained prior to appointments.
  • Accurately document detailed appointment notes so providers have the appropriate clinical context before each visit.
  • Coordinate appointments while ensuring all required documentation and authorizations are in place.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families, demonstrating empathy and patience during every interaction.
  • Dealing with patients who have sleep apnea issues and need help

  • 1-3 years of medical scheduling or patient care coordination experience.
  • Needs to have experience in the sleep apnea world and dealing with patients who have had these issues
  • Previous experience in a high-volume medical office.
  • Strong appointment scheduling experience required.
