Job SummaryThe scheduling coordinator performs clerical functions to ensure the efficient processing of referred clients to Qualicare Family Home Care. She/he organizes and schedules referred clients and anticipates staffing requirements to effectively manage client volumes. The activities are conducted in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures; may be required to be on call after regular business hours as directed by the Administrator and/or Care Coordinator.
Responsibilities
  • Effectively meets the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving services
  • Acts as an On Call caregiver as needed
  • Monitors referral trends and anticipates increases/decreases
  • Responds to client/employee inquiries immediately
  • Ensures all relevant information is received either in written/verbal/electronic format
  • Assists with tracking and validating client-related documentation
  • Assesses client satisfaction
  • Responds promptly to incidents/complaints/compliments, documenting completely and relaying information to Care Coordinator immediately
