Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the management of all scheduling functions through the proficient use of the scheduling module. Utilizes excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to ensure effective staff scheduling and accurate timekeeping. Provides administrative support to multiple leaders and departments. Assists department leaders with ongoing staff education/training pertaining to the scheduling module.


Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am-5:00 pm, working every 4th weekend. The weekend shift is a 10-hour shift from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. 2 holidays per year.

  9. Ability to manage relationships and have crucial conversations

Key Job Duties:


Scheduling

  1. Develop and maintain the master staffing schedule (includes the development of current and new employee schedules)
  2. Monitor schedule daily, thoroughly and accurately facilitate necessary adjustments, communicate changes effectively with staff
  3. Troubleshoot questions/issues as related to scheduling module
  4. Participate in scheduling meetings and follow-up on unresolved issues that require scheduling adjustments for staff
  5. Partner with patient services directors and human resources regarding staffing issues/concerns
  6. Review and approve all requests in scheduling module
  7. Manage the staffing PTO process as directed
  8. Develop training materials and presentations as they pertain to the scheduling module
  9. Conduct trainings in area of expertise as they pertain to the scheduling module
  10. Clear Cell-Trak alerts as directed
