Job description

Assistant Branch Manager
We are seeking an experienced branch sales and operations professional to support our leadership team at our new Bristol Branch. This position will directly supervise, coach and mentor the Retail Flex Bankers staff.
Responsibilities:
Assure that bank policies and procedures are adhered to and followed
Coordinate work schedules
Manage and supervise cash/currency handling and controls as well as security and audit functions
Mentor and coach employees in their assigned accountabilities including cross training all staff to be proficient in all operations and sales functions
In collaboration with key staff, conduct staff meetings, prepare and issue performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions when appropriate
Service customers both in a teller and banker capacity, including account maintenance, lending, opening and maintenance of deposit accounts, cross selling and referrals
Requirements:
Previous branch banking experience
3 to 5 years of previous supervisory experience
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to coach and mentor to sales initiatives
Flexibility with work Schedule
Compensation: A good-faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $28.50 - $31.50 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Location: Bristol, RI
Branch Hours: Must be available for the following:
Monday - Thursday 7:45 - 5:15, Friday 7:45 - 6:15, Saturday 7:45 - 12:15
40 Hours per week
