Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Assistant to support daily calendar management and appointment coordination. This role is responsible for scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, updating calendars, and helping ensure smooth communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate scheduling logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to participants.
  • Reschedule meetings as needed and communicate changes promptly.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and update systems regularly.
