Duties and Responsibilities:
Below are examples of the type of duties you could be responsible for:
Support production by minimizing equipment downtime, providing prompt response times. Complete planned preventative maintenance as well as planned repairs of production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Perform minor electrical such as sensors, fuses, breakers, etc. Follow safety policies and practices while maintaining Wabash's Leadership Principles and Values. The Maintenance Trainee position is expected to work 8 hours/day, including mandatory overtime and weekends. Ability to work on projects both individually and with a cross-functional team. Hours for this position vary based on the shift assigned. Perform other duties as needed or required.Tools & Equipment:

Some Maintenance Trainees also work in small spaces throughout their shift and frequently lift and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
