Senior Director, SAP Solutions will manage the execution of key enterprise-wide SAP solutions to ensure effective development and implementation of SAP enterprise systems in support of global business strategies. This role ensures that system considerations align with business strategies, delivers solutions on time and within scope, and maintains compliance with regulatory agencies.

Typical Day
  • Assist in developing the strategic long‑range SAP Implementation Plan as part of an enterprise‑wide, global charter.
  • Create and enforce policies, practices, and procedures for building the infrastructure landscape and overall governance of the enterprise system worldwide.
  • Establish and manage teams that configure and develop solutions in the SAP system, covering architecture, standards, data management, solution set development, integration, system change management, and second‑level support.
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all SAP projects use a standard template, follow a consistent methodology, and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that relevant SAP modules offer consistency in content and “look and feel” across the enterprise.
  • Deliver SAP implementations in alignment with the IT Strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external firms used in SAP projects and serve as liaison with Parts Town.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT managerial experience in a decentralized environment.
  • Experience leading and organizing project teams and working across organizational boundaries.
  • Proven experience with SAP implementations, including multiple modules; Order to Cash, S/4 experience required; RISE experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate organizational strategic and tactical business plans into IT strategy and operations plans.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and advise executive leadership.
