Our client is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support their maintenance and safety department in a manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Coordinator will assist with SAP data entry, purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and general administrative support to help keep maintenance operations organized and running efficiently.

Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities

• Enter and track purchase requisitions and maintenance orders in SAP
• Process maintenance invoices and related documentation
• Track work orders and maintenance requests
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the maintenance team
• Perform data entry, order tracking, and email correspondence

Maintenance Coordinator Qualifications

• 2–3 years of clerical or administrative experience
• Experience with SAP
• Basic Excel and Outlook proficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma required
