Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant with at least 8 years of experience. As a Senior Advanced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. You will serve as a key technical expert, providing advanced consulting services to ensure that the SAP SuccessFactors platform is optimized to meet business needs, enhance user experience, and comply with relevant regulations. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding them through complex technical challenges and delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

Apply technical expertise to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • System Behavior Analysis: Analyze system behavior and functionality to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvements. Leverage advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
2. Solution Design and Strategic Implementation
