Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 8+ months
Job Description:-
  • Hands-On experience in SAP On-Premise - HCM, Time & Payroll
  • Sound knowledge in SAP Time & CATS administration
  • Good at SAP On-Premise Time Management and Payroll Schema changes
  • Knowledge in ABAP Programming and reporting is plus
  • Experience with SAP Payroll and/or Successfactors EC Payroll
  • Exposed to Third Party Interface issue analysis and resolution
  • Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.
  • Lead and manage SAP Time workstream to contribute to the overall project success.
  • Working closely with a large team to deliver results for the client.
  • Conduct workshops and Define business requirements for SAP Time solution
  • Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HXM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HXM Cloud solutions.
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design Documents.
  • Experience with Time & Payroll integration.
  • Exposure to Payroll Control Centre (PCC) will be plus
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts, support Payroll Parallel Test and User Acceptance Test.
  • Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition
  • Deep knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll schemas and Rules
  • Design and testing of the Remuneration statement.
  • Knowledge of direct deposit and pay check configurations
  • Experience with integrating and interfacing third-party vendor systems/applications with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experienced in Employees Collective Bargain rules setup in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Deep knowledge in Regular payroll and Off-Cycle Payroll process setup.
  • 10+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors HR Time/Payroll with at least 2 full life cycle implementations cum support project
  • Experience with Data migration, Data Reporting & Validation
  • Should be excellent in Reporting
  • Consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise customers.
  • Prepared to have experience/exposure to SAP NS2 application implementation.
  • Experience in production support activities, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues related to design, development, data, and process.
  • HR service packs implementation and testing.
  • Yearend tasks, SAP Legal notes application and testing.
