SAP Global Solution Delivery - Senior Consultant - SuccessFactors EC & EC Payroll
Position Overview
  • As a Global Solution Delivery Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives within a major S/4HANA global program. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with S/4HANA and driving global solution delivery across multiple regions. You will act as the bridge between HR business processes and enterprise technology, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Schema & PCR Expert: Configuration experience on Payroll Schemas and PCRs and Time schemas, and wage type valuations etc.
  • Hands-on expertise in the functional configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Integration Leadership: Architect and govern interfaces between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring accurate employee data replication and payroll execution across countries.
  • Finance Integration: Ensure seamless payroll-to-FI postings and integration with downstream SAP modules.
  • Global Delivery Management: Lead multi-phased global rollouts, coordinating across regions, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent solution delivery.
  • Implementation Oversight: Govern full lifecycle implementations including data migration, WRICEF developments, testing, and defect resolution.
  • Documentation & Standards: Establish and maintain architectural blueprints, functional specifications, and global design templates.
  • Testing & Deployment: Oversee SIT, UAT, and global go-lives, ensuring readiness and smooth cutover.
  • Change Management & Training: Drive stakeholder engagement, develop training strategies, and support organizational adoption of new solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record delivering global transformation programs across SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and S/4HANA.
  • Proven track record in gathering requirements to develop and integrate payroll interfaces with third-party providers like ADP Global View.
  • Deep functional and configuration expertise in integrating SuccessFactors EC, Employee Central Payroll, and S/4HANA.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead in onshore/offshore delivery models and manage global teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as a fully integrated enterprise solution.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC and ECP required.
  • Preferably SuccessFactors Certification in Modules such as ONB, PM, GM
