Job description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to join our higher education implementation project team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and existing campus systems including:
  • student information systems (SIS)
  • financial systems
  • HRIS platforms.

This role requires strong technical expertise in integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or similar middleware platforms, along with experience in APIs, web services, and data transformation.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical architects, and university stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across HR, payroll, talent management, and learning management systems while maintaining data integrity and security standards specific to higher education requirements. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data models, Employee Central, and experience with batch/real-time integration patterns is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
