Job Description:
TCS is seeking an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Lead to drive SAP solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. The role will partner with sales, and delivery teams to craft innovative, value-driven solutions and articulate TCS's value proposition to executive stakeholders and shape winning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution design, estimations, and proposal development.
• Responsible for solution strategy for SAP transformation, AMS, and cloud modernization opportunities.
• Deliver executive presentations, client orals, and value-based business cases.
• Collaborate with SAP, client partners, and offshore SMEs to develop differentiated solutions.
• Support pipeline growth, account mining, and strategic deal pursuits.
• Develop reusable assets, solution accelerators, and best practices for the SAP practice.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• 10+ years in SAP solution architecture, pre-sales, or pursuit leadership roles, across SAP product suites S/4 (Private and Public Cloud), RISE, Business AI, Ariba, IBP, Analytics
• Deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs, including Managed Services.
• Experience in solutioning, estimation, and winning large SAP engagements.
• Experience in High-Tech/Semiconductor, Manufacturing strongly preferred
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the US as needed.
