We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant that will be a purpose-driven multitasker to provide high level support on multiple ongoing projects on our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) team. This role is primarily remote based anywhere within the United States with potential for periodic customer and corporate office onsite work. Requirements:

Consultant will work directly with our clients and their day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the project.

  • Define requirements, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testing
  • Provide consulting services to the global organizations in HCM best practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
  • Conduct design workshops with the client
  • Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements
  • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
  • Clearly document system configuration and business processes
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support
  • Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s)
  • Travel as needed to support client projects, <25%

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years experience with on-premise SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience being a senior consultant on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations
  • SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation experience with US clients in customer-facing roles
  • Proficient in Personnel calculation rules and schema processing
  • Understanding of how applications support business processes. Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems
  • Strong best practice consulting skills in SAP or SuccessFactors
  • Fluent in English (verbal, written and reading)
  • Strong and effective communication style with team members, customers, and leaders
  • Keen attention to detail specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving
  • Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and to mentor other consultants on the team
  • Strong presentation and consulting skills
  • Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
  • Ability to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordingly

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in 1 or more talent modules, in addition to Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central preferred
  • SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) international implementation experience (nations outside of the US)
  • Experience with Replication configuration, logging and analysis
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC Benefits Administration integration and configuration
  • Experience as a team lead and/or project management
  • ABAP development skills
