Job Summary:

To ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of the operational data flow within SAP. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of production and subcontracting orders, ensuring that resource consumption and product receipts accurately reflect shop floor reality to support reliable cost analysis and global process standardization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  •  Execute the opening, material consumption (backflushing/manual), co-product recording, and technical closure (TECO) of production orders.
  •  Perform continuous audits of internal processes and system data to eliminate inventory discrepancies and misallocations.
  •  Monitor and maintain production master data, including Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings, and Production Versions (linking BOMs to Routings).

  •  Develop and distribute comprehensive reports on Yield, consumption trends, and stock levels to support management decision-making.
  •  Ensure the construction and definition of financial-operational reports, generating a solid basis for business control (explaining bridges between theoretical vs. actual consumption).
  •  Analyze the integrity of the current ERP (SAP S/4HANA), challenging the status quo and plant-level inputs to achieve "best-in-class" data accuracy.
  •  Implement standard reporting (STD) across all regions to enable agile consolidation for the Global Controller and Executive Committee.
