As Manager, Creative Studio Samples Management, you will lead the sourcing, tracking, organization, and movement of products and samples that power Walmart Creative's photography, video, and content productions. You'll combine operational excellence, team leadership, and process improvement to ensure productions are set up for success.

Walmart Creative is Walmart's in-house creative agency, responsible for developing breakthrough creative work that connects with customers and drives business results. Within Walmart Creative, the Content Studio serves as our on-site production capability, bringing together experts in photography, video, design, animation, and emerging technologies to create compelling customer experiences. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our productions have the products, processes, and operational support needed to deliver exceptional creative work at scale.What you'll do...
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for product and sample management across multiple creative production workstreams.
  • Oversee inventory tracking, sourcing, transportation, storage, and disposition of products and samples throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Partner with creative, merchandising, marketing, production, and external teams to ensure seamless product readiness and execution.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing processes, improving workflows, and maintaining accurate tracking systems and inventory records.
  • Identify and resolve risks proactively while supporting production readiness, budget management, and continuous process improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
