The Samples Department is a critical part of the customer experience at SelectBlinds. Sampling represents the first physical interaction customers have with our products, helping them make confident purchasing decisions. The Samples Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Samples Department, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, team performance, and continuous process improvement. This role leads departmental staff, establishes priorities, manages inventory processes, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Skills/Requirements
โ€ข Oversee daily sample operations, ensuring sample inventory is accurately received, stored, replenished, and distributed.
โ€ข Develop and maintain inventory control processes that maximize inventory accuracy while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
โ€ข Establish departmental priorities and allocate resources to meet service level expectations and business demands.
โ€ข Monitor inventory performance through regular audits, cycle counts, and reporting while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
