Job Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining stock and availability of diverse product samples. Position may also be responsible for shipping samples out to customers or distributors.
Job Location
This is an on site position, and this person must live in Phoenix, AZ.
Job Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate all tools and equipment necessary to fabricate high-quality samples (saws, grinders, blasters, etc.)
  • Conduct housekeeping duties of work area
  • Build and maintain sample boxes
  • Assemble sample boards for display and/or shipping
  • Appropriately track sample requests/deliveries by computer within our Customer Relationship Management system
  • Package samples appropriately to ensure samples reach the customer or distributor in good shape and condition
  • Coordinate mailing and/or delivery of samples and sample boards to customers
  • Assist sales team as required
  • Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements
  • GED or equivalent in experience in similar role
  • Experience and dexterity in safely operating saws, power tools, hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to safely and efficiently execute assigned tasks with minimal to no supervision
  • Intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, sitting, and standing
  • Able to provide assistance to others in moving heavier or bulky objects
  • Ability to lift up to 80lbs
  • Function in a workplace environmental conditions including, but not limited to, cold, heat, bright sun, noise, and nuisance dust
  • Able to work closely with others
  • Have good depth perception, color discrimination, and peripheral vision
