Martech Technical Analyst - East Coast hours

Key skills - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM

  • Build ETL/data pipelines to ingest, transform, and activate enterprise data in SFMC for segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Manage Contact Builder, including identity resolution, relationship modeling, and customer data architecture across CRM systems and data extensions.
  • Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including business units, subscriber architecture, data extensions, and automation schedules.
  • Troubleshoot SFMC issues involving Journey Builder, Automation Studio, APIs, and data synchronization.
  • Integrate CDP and enterprise systems to unify customer data and improve segmentation and activation.
  • Implement identity resolution and deduplication strategies to create unified customer profiles.
  • Design and optimize Automation Studio and Journey Builder workflows to improve engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain data governance, compliance, and data quality across CRM and SFMC environments.
  • Develop event-driven marketing solutions for real-time, trigger-based customer engagement.
  • Create customer segmentation strategies using SQL, CRM data, and SFMC data extensions.
  • Integrate CRM, CDP, analytics, and marketing platforms to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.
  • Support CRM migration initiatives, ensuring successful transition of data, automation, and segmentation into SFMC.
