As a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+, you will be at the forefront of driving change and innovation within our organization. As part of the Studio+ business proposition, of being business-led, technology-enabled, and experience-driver, your role will be to partner with business and experience counterparts to lead and deliver digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing scope, timelines, costs, and quality, leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of Salesforce platform solutions and/or infrastructure. Your key responsibilities

As a leader in Studio+ Salesforce Technology, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics, ensuring the achievement of performance objectives. This role involves:

  • Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities as supplementary to primary role functions

  • Providing leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts

  • Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation

  • Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed

  • Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients

To thrive in this role, you will need a deep insight into project and program delivery methods, including Agile and waterfall, and the ability to solve complex problems through analysis and knowledge of best practices. Additionally, you should have the ability to:

  • Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for our clients that guide their overall business plans

  • Communicate strategic visions to our clients, and help them socialize the strategy to the greater organization

  • Collaborate closely with various EY teams including, but not limited to, business, design, integration, other technology platforms and cross-service line teams to ensure business requirements are deeply integrated into the user experience and the overall solution aligns with client vision and needs

  • Participate in pursuit efforts including solution development, resource estimation and pricing, RFP response, oral response content and delivery, and other business development activities, as needed

  • Contribute to domain expertise, thought leadership, and EY acumen through the development of first party research

  • Maintain points of view across Americas Consulting sectors and Studio+ capabilities from 3rd party sources and internal EY experiences

  • Partner with client services to help grow key large accounts and ensure client satisfaction

  • Experience in leading engagement delivery and managing engagement economics for the whole engagement including multiple workstreams and both on and offshore teams

  • Proficiency in developing resource plans and budgets for the whole engagement

  • Ability to manage client relationships and engage in daily interactions with clients

  • Responsible for identification of sales and new opportunities within assigned accounts

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); master’s degree preferred.

  • Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills

  • Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions

  • Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities

  • Willingness to travel based on client needs

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas preferred

  • One or more Salesforce Consultant Certifications and/or Salesforce Application Architect Certification

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

  • Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
