What We Need

We're seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator with 2-4 years of experience supporting and enhancing the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate combines strong declarative automation expertise-particularly with Flow-with foundational Apex development skills. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is a plus. This role requires a collaborative professional who can translate business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and an exceptional user experience. Candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred to support team collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Support multiple concurrent Salesforce initiatives by configuring and maintaining the platform, including creating and modifying objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flows.
  • Administer and enhance Salesforce functionality using declarative tools such as Flow, converting Process builders to Flows and standard configuration features to meet business requirements.
  • Assist in managing CPQ by maintaining product configurations, Product Rules, Pricing Rules, and approval processes.
  • Experience with system integrations, including the ability to manage and support integrated applications across platforms.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather enhancement requests, translate them into functional solutions, and implement improvements within Salesforce.
  • Support user experience improvements by configuring Lightning pages, dynamic forms, and layouts.
  • Perform system testing to validate configurations, ensure data integrity, and confirm that enhancements meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve bugs or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain data quality, security, and access controls, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Document configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing system usage and training.
  • Assist with release management, deployments, and sandbox testing activities.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including configuration of objects, fields, flows, and validation rules.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of the Opportunity sales cycle and sales processes.
  • Experience with declarative automation tools such as Flow (preferred) and the ability to migrate automation from Process Builder to Flows. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, pricing rules, and approval processes (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of data management practices, including data imports, exports, and data quality maintenance.
  • Experience managing user access, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Agentforce and Data Cloud knowledge is a plus. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to support end users and resolve system issues.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

For this role, the estimated base salary is $78,000 - $93,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
