Job Requirements - Position Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and extensible Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices. Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data model design, system integrations, custom development, and security considerations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes, enhance productivity, and maximize the value of Salesforce investments.

Provide technical expertise and professional experience to assist the team in planning, estimation, and scheduling tasks. Works with Solution Architect to define end-to-end solutions Requirements Gathering, analyzing business needs and translating them into Salesforce solution requirements. Contribute to leadership of the technical teams work on the Salesforce CRM platform, with ability to coach, contribute to and establish best practices and assure quality solutions.

Determine process improvements, best practices, develop new processes by collaborating with the team and the architects. Resolve complex issues by recommending and employing practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions. Remain current on new technologies; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary working with the team and the architects.

Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management. Platform stewardship across the enterprise, including performance optimization, system monitoring and platform documentation. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 7+ years' Salesforce Experience Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative customization tools. Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and data migration techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
