Job description

Libra Solutions helps simplify and ease the burden of legal processes for plaintiffs, heirs, and the attorneys and doctors who serve them. By combining financial strength with technology-driven innovation, we simplify difficult legal processes, reduce delays, and help people access both money and the care they need, when they need it most. Our companies are leaders in their industries! MoveDocs streamlines the coordination of medical, financial, and professional services for personal injury casesโ€”improving efficiency for attorneys, care providers, and their clients. Oasis Financial is the largest and most recognized plaintiff funding brand in the nation, having helped 400,000+ plaintiffs access more than $2 billion in funding while their personal injury cases progress. And through Probate Advance, we enable heirs to access their inheritance without waiting through the lengthy probate process.

Together, under the Libra Solutions banner, we support a nationwide network of more than 45,000 attorneys and 10,000 healthcare providers โ€“ creating a powerful platform to deliver faster, more seamless outcomes for our customers.

Libra Solutions is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to report to the VP, Revenue Operations and support Salesforce-centered initiatives that improve the effectiveness, consistency, and visibility for our Firm and Provider sales teams. This role will partner closely with sales reps and leadership to support Salesforce data integrity, lead management, campaign execution, reporting, dashboard development, user training, and process improvements.

This is a hybrid position that can be based out of one of our offices located in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, or Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Salesforce administration, data quality, and process consistency across lead, campaign, task, and account workflows.
  • Coordinate Salesforce change requests, campaign setup, lead qualification support, activity tracking, and operational follow-up for sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, and reporting tools that improve visibility into sales activity, campaign progress, and performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce training materials, process documentation, job aids, and user communications to support adoption and consistent execution.

Salesforce Administration and Operational Support:

  • Manages Salesforce change request submissions and coordinates updates across systems to maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable CRM data.
  • Supports Salesforce lead management workflows, including reviewing, validating, and converting qualified leads in alignment with established criteria and sales processes.
  • Coordinates Salesforce campaign setup, task creation, activity tracking, and completion follow-up to help sales teams execute campaigns on time and with clear accountability.
  • Monitors Salesforce sales tasks, KPIs, and activity completion; follows up with representatives and management to support adoption, accountability, and timely execution.
  • Leads or supports ad hoc Salesforce, reporting, and process improvement projects that advance Business Development and Revenue Operations priorities.

Salesforce Training and Enablement:

  • Supports Salesforce training and enablement for sales teams, including onboarding, refresher training, process updates, and user communications.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates Salesforce training materials, job aids, process guides, and reference documents to improve user understanding and adoption.

Salesforce Reporting and Data Insights:

  • Develops, maintains, and optimizes Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking, operational visibility, and leadership decision-making.
  • Partners with sales management to improve CRM visibility into pipeline activity, rep performance, campaign progress, and key operational metrics.
  • Monitors sales activity and performance trends in Salesforce, providing timely insights, feedback, and ad hoc reporting to support business priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM administration, or related operational support experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience required, including comfort navigating records, leads, campaigns, tasks, reports, dashboards, and list views.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data issues, reporting gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support training, process documentation, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to organize, analyze, and present data clearly.
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks, support multiple priorities, follow direction, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

We believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people. Thatโ€™s why we offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including a choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with generous company match, flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent expenses, and time off to recharge.
