Data Modeling & Dataset Creation
• Build and maintain datasets in Redshift that serve as the foundation for analytics
• Write clean, documented SQL; design for performance and reusability
• Establish and enforce data standards, field definitions, and naming conventions in collaboration with the broader team
Salesforce Analytics Ecosystem
• Support and extend our CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) implementation; including dataflows, recipes, and embedded dashboard surfaces within Salesforce
• Contribute to our Einstein and Tableau NEXT adoption roadmap as the platform evolves
• Work closely with RevOps on Salesforce data model decisions that impact reporting fidelity
Stakeholder Partnership
• Field and triage dashboard requests from across the org; manage intake, prioritization, and delivery expectations
• Act as a thought partner to Sales Ops and leadership on what the data is (and isn't) telling us
• Document data assets, metric definitions, and dashboard logic in Confluence
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in an analytics, BI, or data engineering role. Ideally within a GTM or RevOps function
• Expert-level Tableau Desktop proficiency. Tableau Prep, calculations, LODs, parameters, performance optimization
• Strong SQL and experience building datasets in a modern cloud data warehouse (Redshift strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to own the full analytics stack from raw data to end-user dashboard
• Experience working directly with Salesforce data; objects, relationships, and reporting limitations
• Strong communication skills; comfortable translating ambiguous business questions into clear data requirements
Strongly Preferred
• Experience with open table formats
• Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics); dataflows, recipes, SAQL
• Familiarity with Tableau NEXT and/or Tableau Pulse
• Exposure to Salesforce Einstein features like Einstein Discovery, Prediction Builder, or Next Best Action
• Experience in a SaaS or life sciences GTM environment
