Job description

Job Description
  • Responsible for the creation, design, and maintenance of clinical and financial reports for business operations and internal management.
  • Extract data through database queries, utilize business intelligence reporting tools to analyze results, and perform analytical and technical tasks required for complex projects.
  • Experience in healthcare reporting preferred; extensive knowledge of PC applications, relational databases and spreadsheets necessary; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills mandatory.
  • Extract, manipulate, analyze, and present data from the data warehouse using reporting tools such as Hyperion (Brio), Crystal Reports, Business Objects, TOAD, Access, SAS, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Generate clinical reports for patient quality initiatives and population health.
  • Create reports to measure physician clinical and productivity performance.
  • Provide analytical support to the Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative.
  • Strong experience with SQL or Oracle database.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, healthcare, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in healthcare reporting preferred. Extensive knowledge of PC applications, relational databases, and spreadsheets necessary. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills mandatory.
  • Software: Hyperion (Brio), Business Objects, Crystal Reports, TOAD, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SAS, Tableau, EPIC systems, and Oracle databases.
