Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Tableau CRM Consultant to work on-site in Chicago, IL. The role involves interacting with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements, creating technical solutions, and building complex data flows and dashboards within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Interact with business and understand CRM functional requirements and prepare TCRM technical solution.
โ€ข Create data flows, recipes and complex Dashboards (binding).
โ€ข Create complex SAQL queries in TCRM
โ€ข Experience in Building, Maintaining and Migrate TCRM assets in Salesforce ecosystem.
โ€ข Experience in building and designing large enterprise BI & Analytics applications
โ€ข Other responsibilities include documenting business requirements, creating data models, designing and building reports and dashboards
โ€ข Demonstrates a consultative mindset and desire to work well with the client, on-site team members and Ready to adopt/learn new tools.
โ€ข Perform routine data analysis, data validation, and data mapping
โ€ข Produce client deliverables for the Salesforce platform such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code
โ€ข Understand and consult on best practices with team to share and learn.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3+ Years in Tableau CRM/Einstein/ Wave Analytics- Salesforce
โ€ข 5+ years in Data warehouse and Business Intelligence with Any Self-Service BI Tool (Preferably Tableau)
โ€ข 5+ years in SQL
โ€ข 3+ years in JSON/SAQL/SOQL and XML
โ€ข 3 year in any Salesforce CRM application process experience. (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud not mandatory)
