Koniag IT Systems, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Tableau/Salesforce Developer to support KITS and our government customer. The position is remote. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to be a part of the technical design and implementation Salesforce solutions team. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on development expertise to deliver innovative solutions for our government clients.

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions on a development team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams
  • Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents
  • Establish best practices for development, security, and performance optimization
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight of deliverables
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies for potential implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
  • Manage integration with external systems and third-party applications

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  • Tableau Desktop Foundation certification
