Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation, and the ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to create effective test plans and test cases

  • Support release management by validating deployment activities and production releases
  • Provide test reports, quality metrics, and recommendations for improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce applications
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and data model
  • Experience testing Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with QA tools like Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce test automation tools
