Job description

Job Title: Salesforce QA
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite

Salesforce QA experience:
  • Functional testing of flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, and CPQ/quoting logic
  • CPQ/Revenue Cloud (RCA) experience โ€” must have hands-on testing experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced, including quote creation, product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows. This is the core of the 1GFO sales motion and is non-negotiable
  • End-to-end testing across integrated systems (not just SFDC in isolation)
  • Ability to write and execute test cases and test scripts without heavy hand-holding
  • Experience testing lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash workflows
  • Familiarity with data validation โ€” comparing source vs. destination records and identifying mismatches
  • Basic SOQL โ€” enough to query records and verify data integrity directly in Salesforce
  • Regression testing discipline: a structured approach to re-testing after each deployment
  • SOX/audit documentation โ€” experience producing test evidence packages that meet audit standards: test scripts with expected vs. actual results, pass/fail sign-off, tester attestation, and clear traceability from control requirement to test execution. This person will be handing evidence directly to the SOX team for change management approval, so documentation quality is non-negotiable
