Job Title: QA Lead - Automation & AI

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
  • Execute and manage test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with development and product teams in an Agile environment
  • Explore and apply AI-driven approaches to quality assurance
Required Skills
  • 10+ years in QA covering automation and manual testing
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright, BrowserStack, Katalon, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit
  • Strong programming skills in Java or .NET with solid OOP fundamentals
  • Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO), and AWS
  • Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Groovy
  • Strong debugging and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to AI in QA is highly preferred
