A Salesforce Quality Assurance II leads end-to-end test lifecycle management for functional Salesforce areas, including advanced Agentforce/Einstein AI behavioral validation and automated regression engineering
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy & Planning: Design and execute detailed test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Automation & CI/CD: Own and maintain automated test suites (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Requirements Analysis: Translate business, user, and technical requirements into comprehensive test cases, covering both positive and negative scenarios.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in tools like Jira or ALM; participate in root cause analysis and triage sessions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations to validate fixes, ensure traceability between test cases and requirements, and provide quality updates to stakeholders.
  • Performance & Security Testing: Validate system performance, security controls, accessibility, and governance compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining testing procedures, automation frameworks, and QA standards.
  • Agile Participation: Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of QA experience with 3+ years on Salesforce Government Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator+ AI Specialist required; active Public Trust or Secret clearance required
  • Expert in integration testing (Postman, SoapUI), MuleSoft middleware validation, and leading defect triage/sprint planning within Agile delivery framework.
  • Salesforce Skills: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and familiarity with declarative features.
  • Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and consultative approach; experience with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines .
  • Certifications: ISTQB Foundation/Advanced, Agile Tester, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Salesforce certifications are valuable .

Compensation: $111,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
