This role will focus on executing test scenarios, identifying and documenting defects, validating data integrity, and ensuring end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes function as expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, ERP systems, and custom applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Verify data integrity and consistency across Salesforce objects, applications, and system integrations.
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to support testing activities and issue resolution.
