Monarch Metal Manufacturing is Hiring for:
Full Time Position
  • Monday through Thursday 10 hr shifts (4-10 schedule)
  • Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 based on experience to start

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Quality Assurance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting metal products, verifying compliance with quality standards, documenting inspection results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. No prior quality assurance experience is required-we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished metal products for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.
  • Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
  • Identify and report nonconforming materials or products.
  • Work closely with production personnel to resolve quality issues.
  • Follow company quality procedures, safety policies, and manufacturing standards.
  • Assist with corrective and preventive actions as directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
