Required Technical/Functional Skills
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
  • Experience performing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for testing and troubleshooting marketing content.
  • Experience working with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as SOAP UI and Postman.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform quality assurance testing for new functionality developed within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including front-end and back-end validation.
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete end-to-end testing across integrated systems.
  • Develop and maintain supporting testing tools and automation frameworks.
