Job description

M&S (which stands for Management and Solutions) was conceived in 2002 with the vision of creating highly effective teams of elite consultants to deliver strategic process and technology solutions to enterprise organizations across the US. Our commitment to delivery in complex environments and long-term customer success has merged process and technology into innovative solutions, established deep pockets of expertise, and enabled innovative transformation for evolving businesses.
We have intentionally cultivated steady growth focused on being approachable and helpful to our dearly valued clients and closely cared-for employees. M&S people simply "care hard", and this reflects in our work products, our interactions, and our culture.
Job Description:
The Developer III is a senior-level technical leader responsible for designing, prototyping, and delivering large-scale Salesforce CRM integration solutions for a federal contact center program. This role provides technical guidance to the development team, leads integration architecture decisions, and may supervise junior developers. The Developer III is accountable for the technical integrity and quality of all integration deliverables.
Clearance Required: Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) - must be active at time of call order issuance. The Salesforce integration team must already possess this clearance at the point of program award to allow for a smooth and expedited transition. Strong technical qualifications alone are not sufficient - an active clearance in hand is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional Salesforce integration team
  • Design and develop software applications and integration solutions from business requirements in collaboration with team members
  • Develop, prototype, and test solutions for large-scale Salesforce and cloud-based contact center integration implementations
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of API connectors to IVR, CTI, and Knowledge Management databases
  • Direct and create interfaces for application code, relational databases, and computer hardware systems
  • Ensure compliance with applicable IT governance standards for all CRM development and integration implementations
  • Support testing, identify defects, and drive remediation
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to junior developers
  • May supervise other developers on the integration team
  • Support UAT and go-live activities
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions with the client support team during technology implementation

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience; minimum 7 years of experience within the scope of the contract
  • Comprehensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and related contact center technologies
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise application integrations
  • Current Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) required at time of engagement

Work Environment Requirements:
  • Hardwired internet connection via ethernet cable required
  • Minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload internet speed
  • Private, secure work area
  • All sensitive information must be kept private and secure at the remote location

*This is a remote position.
All candidates must hold a current Tier 2 GSA Security Clearance (formerly NACI) at the time of call order issuance. This is a hard, non-negotiable requirement. Candidates who do not already possess this clearance will not be considered.
