Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Integration Lead with 7+ years of enterprise Salesforce delivery experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio, integrations, and enterprise data platforms, along with experience leading technical workstreams and distributed teams.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise application delivery.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, APIs, Platform Events, security, testing, packaging, and release management.

  • Implementation experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio/OmniScript, and Clean Energy Module.

  • Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce enterprise data models.

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce integration patterns.

  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, and enterprise data flows.

  • Experience leading developers, conducting code/configuration reviews, troubleshooting complex defects, and ensuring delivery quality.

  • Experience working with onshore/offshore teams in Agile environments.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted development tools with appropriate validation and testing.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.

  • Lead complex Salesforce development workstreams and provide technical guidance to development teams.

  • Develop and maintain Apex, LWC, Flows, OmniScripts, APIs, and Platform Events.

  • Design and implement integrations across Salesforce and enterprise systems.

  • Perform code and configuration reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely defect resolution.

  • Support deployment, testing, packaging, and release activities.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technology teams to define effective solutions.

  • Manage technical dependencies, risks, and delivery quality across distributed teams.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with utility customer information systems (CIS) or clean-energy program transformation.

  • Experience with MuleSoft, SAP BTP, API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, or enterprise data platforms.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, OmniStudio, Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud.
