Lead the strategy for off-platform processing via AWS Lambda, event-driven workflows using Event Bridge, and leveraging AWS compute to bypass Salesforce governor limits. Al & Intelligent Automation: Design and deploy Al- first automations, including Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and custom LLM integrations to transform manual tasks into predictive, autonomous business processes.
