We are unique because of the diverse skill sets which our collective team brings to our customers, including SaaS configuration, custom application development, cybersecurity, integration architecture, data migration, and management consulting. Tools in our company toolbelt include Salesforce, AWS, Java, .NET, React Native, MuleSoft, and many other platforms which we offer to deliver our customers best of breed systems that revolutionize the way they conduct internal and constituent facing interactions. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, hands‑on experience with MuleSoft and AWS cloud services, and the communication skills to engage both executive stakeholders and engineering teams. If you have experience leading complex IT projects, then we’d love to speak with you!

Responsibilities Include: Integration Architecture & Design

  • Define and enforce integration patterns and data‑flow governance across the organization.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate integration styles based on business and technical trade‑offs.
  • Produce architecture blueprints, integration design documents, sequence diagrams, and data mapping specifications.
  • Ensure solutions meet non‑functional requirements including performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
  • Guide teams on data migration and synchronization strategies between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure integration solutions align with platform best practices and governor limits.
  • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce‑native integration tools vs. middleware solutions based on use‑case fit.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Translate complex business processes into actionable, prioritized integration requirements and user stories.
  • Document current‑state and future‑state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with client IT stakeholders during training and enablement sessions to ensure their self‑sufficiency and confidence maintaining various parts of Catalyst builds. Includes preparation of training documentation.
  • Present integration architectures, technology decisions, and roadmaps to executive leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and confidence.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, Salesforce community events, and vendor briefings.
  • Conduct integration architecture reviews and participate in security review boards.
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or solution architecture roles.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Background in consulting.
It'd be even better if you have:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Proven expertise designing and delivering integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • MuleSoft Certified Associate, Developer, or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
  • Background in Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in working with public sector, education, or non‑profit spaces.
  • Public speaking experience at Salesforce community events (Dreamforce, TrailheadDX, World Tours) or similar.
  • Exposure to iPaaS platforms for comparative evaluations.
How we’ll set you up for success:
  • Salary range of $140,000-$170,000 a year*
  • Ample time off (starting at 16 days)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans (US only).
  • Company‑provided computer (Mac or PC, depending on preference).

  • Virtual and in‑person social events.
  • Training & certification reimbursement.
  • Professional opportunities at fast‑growing company with a sky‑is‑the‑limit mindset.
