• Conduct thorough assessments that evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological strengths and needs, ensuring tailored support.
• Offer both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to maximize client engagement and outcomes.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans, establishing measurable goals in collaboration with clients to track progress.
• Champion client advocacy through direct engagement, helping them access essential resources and navigating complexities in service provision.
• Stay involved with programmatic development, evaluation, and grant reporting to ensure evidence of impact and sustainability.
• Foster partnerships with community organizations and government agencies to enhance service offerings and outreach.
• Actively participate in team meetings and community-based events to create awareness and strengthen community ties.

As a Clinical Social Worker at Change Makers LLC, your client focus will primarily encompass vulnerable populations, particularly those facing life-limiting illnesses. You will work with individuals and families navigating emotional distress, transitional challenges, and the psychosocial impacts of terminal diagnoses, providing holistic support that respects the dignity and needs of every client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this role.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada is required to practice effectively.
• Solid understanding of trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate records, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
