Position Overview

Well Span Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will provide remote support and counseling services to individuals and families in need, facilitating their journey towards well-being and empowerment. This position allows you to engage meaningfully with clients from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact in the Aurora, Illinois community.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, providing flexibility while ensuring access to a diverse client base in the Aurora area. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs through virtual consultations, identifying social, emotional, and psychological factors impacting their mental health and quality of life.
  • Provide individualized and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to facilitate healing and personal growth.
  • Develop personalized service plans in collaboration with clients that align with their goals, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and untangle barriers to access vital resources by collaborating with local agencies and organizations.
  • Participate in program evaluation efforts, contributing insights for improving service delivery and reporting outcomes to stakeholders and funding entities.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives, aiming to educate the public on social issues and promote resources available within the network.
  • Stay updated on best practices in social work and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with individuals and families grappling with a range of challenges, including mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, and socio-economic barriers. You will be an advocate for marginalized populations, fostering a safe environment that promotes healing, resilience, and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
