The Recovery Solutions Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality mental health support and therapeutic services to individuals and families, promoting positive change and fostering resilience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical evaluation.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, drawing on evidence-based interventions and therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Create tailored service plans that align with clients' goals, track progress, and modify treatment strategies as needed to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Advocate for clients by helping them navigate complex social systems and access essential resources, including housing, healthcare, and legal assistance.
  • Participate actively in program development, monitoring effectiveness, preparing evaluation reports, and contributing to grant applications that secure funding for future initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with community organizations, state agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and unify efforts toward social change.
  • Attend team meetings, professional training sessions, and community outreach events to expand your knowledge and strengthen community ties.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, often facing the challenges of mental health issues, trauma, and socioeconomic barriers. Qualifications
