Position Overview

Everyone's Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health therapy to individuals and families, with a focus on promoting social justice and community empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs through interviews and standardized assessments to provide tailored therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to address specific issues faced by clients.
  • Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients, detailing clear goals and objectives aimed at enhancing their mental health and well-being.
  • Act as a strong advocate for your clients by identifying resources and facilitating access to necessary services, addressing barriers that impede their social and emotional growth.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of community programs and services that align with our organizational mission, while participating in grant reporting and compliance activities.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies, share insights, and bolster a supportive team dynamic.
  • Participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness of mental health services available through Everyone's Counseling Center, helping to reduce stigma and promote accessibility.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with a range of emotional and social challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a mandatory requirement.
