Job description

  • Provide daily Salesforce administrative support, including user provisioning, profile and permission management, and security configuration
  • Implement small to medium-sized enhancements such as page layout updates, flows, process automation changes, and minor data model adjustments
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, including duplicate prevention, data hygiene, and validation activities
  • Support functionality across Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Troubleshoot user issues, escalating complex concerns as appropriate
  • Collaborate with agency partners to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce configuration tasks
  • Assist with release management, including sandbox preparation, testing coordination, and deployment support
  • Ensure compliance with STS security, governance, documentation, and audit requirements
  • Work with vendor teams and internal Salesforce teams to maintain consistency and alignment across orgs
  • Update and maintain reports and dashboards based on agency needs
  • Stay informed on Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements where appropriate
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Three years of professional-level experience in Salesforce administration is required
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, including user management, security, object configuration, flows, and automation
  • Familiarity with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
