Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, platform security, governance, automation, reporting, data management, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience with Salesforce development concepts and integrations is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability, security, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approvals, and other platform functionality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flow solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and management decision-making.
  • Perform data management activities, including data imports, exports, cleansing, validation, deduplication, and ongoing data quality governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and provide effective recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide ongoing production support and system enhancements.
  • Work with development and technical teams on Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Support Salesforce releases, testing, deployments, change management, and platform governance.
  • Contribute to enterprise Salesforce architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work effectively within Agile/Scrum project environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise or complex Salesforce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, platform security, governance, and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
