Job Description:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to identify and implement improvements for the system.
  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing and deployment.
  • Manage system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, and data platforms).
  • Monitor system performance, perform regular system maintenance, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
  • Assist with end-user training and provide technical support as needed.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices, recommending enhancements where appropriate.

Additional Job Description:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices for Salesforce (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Understanding of data modeling, user management, security models, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with third-party tools and AppExchange apps.
  • Bachelor's Degree In computer science or related field

Pay Range:

$136,200.00 - $204,200.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
