Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Application Managed Services (AMS) and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, supporting ongoing AMS operations, and implementing CPQ capabilities to streamline sales processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
  • Proven experience in AMS/support projects (L2/L3 support, incident management).
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application/System Architect (preferred).
  • CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
